Our return and refund policy

We accept no liability for lost / undelivered orders, as we will have fulfilled our obligation to ship the order to you via the method you selected on the shopping cart. We will supply you with the relevant Proof Of Postage information and you will need to make the claim directly from the carrier.

If you return a Product to us unopened and in the same condition as when it was sent out to you, a full refund will be given when the goods have been received, less the shipping costs and any other costs incurred due to the return. Nothing within these provisions shall affect your statutory rights.
