Chocolate Protein Balls

Makes 10 balls

You will need:

6 Medjool dates

1/2 cup Nuts, I used Walnuts

1 scoop of Protein Powder, I used Vanilla

1 heaped tablespoon of Cocoa Powder

2 tablespoons Coconut or Walnut oil

1/2 cup shredded Coconut or Sesame Seeds (save 1/4 cup for dusting)

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Rock salt

Water if required

Pop all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth, if the mixture seems to dry, then add water until it does.

Once the mixture forms a stiff paste, use a tablespoon, form small balls of the paste rolling them gently in the palms of your hands. Then roll them in the coconut or sesame seeds you set aside.

They keep well in the fridge for a few days 😊 enjoy !!
