I've always believed that creating a daily routine around nutrition and exercise is the secret sauce to success, being on top of food prep is a great way to firstly ensure you are getting the vitamins and minerals needed to build an amazing figure and secondly have enough energy to actually do the workout so you recover well afterwards .. they go hand in hand.

For me, drinking three litres of water every day and having two scoops of GODDESS GREEN powder is as routine as cleaning my teeth or showing up for my workout. Simply because I get it in every day without fail, I feel and see the results.

1 scoop of GODDESS GREEN POWDER, 1 cup of filtered water .. block your nose and down it !! seriously .. just do it

For flavour and of course more nutritional value, try adding…..

  1. 1/2 a peeled lemon, 1 stick of celery and a handful of spinach
    a fresh and zingy combo, which may help to support blood sugar levels and give you a little kick, especially good first thing in the morning.
  2. a spring of fresh mint, 1/2 small cucumber and 1/2 peeled lime
    for bright green deliciousness, this combo provides an easy way to add intense flavour plus healing properties.
  3. 2 celery stalks
    celery plays a role in traditional Chinese medicine as an anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antioxidant agent.
  4. a handful of dark green leaves such as spinach, kale, watercress or rocket
    a great way to add insoluble fibre and nutrients such as iron, B vitamins, chlorophyll, green goodness in your glass.
  5. 1/2 peeled lemon, 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, 1 small peeled beetroot, 1/2 granny smith apple, 1 carrot
    My personal favourite combo, full of antioxidants and liver support with a high water content gets a thumbs up from me for digestion.
