This is an ideal opportunity to get your nutrition under control, start to improve your habits and focus on yourself. Whether you have decided you need to drop a few pounds or to simply be kind to yourself and embrace the fluff. The simple principle I teach over the 7-days will refocus your mind and give you the breathing space needed to take control. Give it a go, I am right here with you!

STEP 1 : 

Take the time to get clear about the figure you really want and the life you want to live at this stage of life. Daring to dream a bit and not settle is the first step to cleaning up your habits around food and exercise. There is light at the end of the tunnel and this is a great opportunity to draw a line in the sand and take a step in the right direction for yourself.

STEP 2 : 

Take a good look at where you are right now, the dreaded weigh, measure and long hard look in the mirror. This is an essential reality check that will catapult you into action. Getting honest about where you are right now will help you take the incremental steps to get to where you want to go. Take a photo of yourself in your undies front, side and back, save it on your phone.

STEP 3 : 

Time to take some action and get that forward momentum going. You now understand where you are and where you want to go, it's now time to make a decision to take the next step. If you need to drop some body fat that is your focus and the 7-day kick-start will get you moving in the right direction, if you just want to get into a good routine and clean up your eating the next 7 days will help you too.
